Jennifer Stoots is a total treasure! From my first contact with her, I had the feeling I was with the right person. And I was right!
My initial contact was by email and although she was at a conference for Art Appraisers she responded to my email almost immediately. Her response was empathic to my situation…My husband had recently died and had some photographs that might be valuable and I wanted to make a donation and take it off as a tax deduction. And it was clear that Jennifer knew the ins and outs of her profession… her task in evaluation the receiving institutions responsibilities and from the requirements of the IRS.
In working with Jennifer, I found her to be highly professional, generous with her time and knowledge, and very responsive.
She loves what she does and has been doing it for over 25 years. She immersed herself in my problem with skill and caring. It is a complicated process and she wanted me to fully understand the issues involved. She answered all my questions and helped me fully understand the appraisal process … It was not only a joy to work with Jennifer but an education.
